  Very average reception staff, not a very warm and welcoming place and Julie I think it is really needs to not be so cold talking on the phone... You are a receptionist, if you don't like your job which it sounds like she doesn't then find a new one ..... Doctors are mostly okay but I have felt very rushed by them before as they do get quite busy. Been going there for years and I would not recommend unless you live in surrounding area

  Wow...... Disgusted?? really?? You are disgusted that I called one of you'r employees out for being pretty rude and abrupt? , I would like to suggest to you "the owner" also work on your public relations because I see that you have also left out you'r name and contact details and what difference would it make If I had my name displayed or not. The point still stands that you'r staff can be seen to be abrupt & rude to not only just me but also to other patients basing that off other reviews I also had the pleasure of reading. I understand at times with a busy practice, Staff could become annoyed or slightly aggravated by certain things or other patients which I understand but to carry on that aggravation or frustrations to the next patient is not right.
  
  I agree, it wont get me very far but this is what a review process is about, individual reviews and critique about you'r practice so that other individuals can make their mind up whether or not to use your practice based on reviews and feedback provided.
  
  I also suggest that you should let someone else handle the review process as I think you may take it too personal which is not the intention people set out for but it seems you have taken it that way since you asked me to come in and see you, I see that two ways, You either just want to question me for slamming your practice and try to have it out with me or two, you might actually want a personal opinion on how your practice is seen by a patient.
