  I am a regular and often have hard to find veins with poor flow.  Jaimie is able to loacate the culprits andfill the vials required with a smile.  She has the ability to make you feel comfortable each visit no matter how complex the request is.  At peak times I feel she could use a bit of help as she works alone.  Thanks for being an amaxing person!

  I have been to a number of pathologists but Jaime is by far and away the best at her job, she is gentle, very respectful, and always happy to chat.
  I have nothing but good to say about her.

  I have used this centre a few times for my 11yr old son, most recently in the days before xmas. The woman running the clinic seemingly on her own when I go in, has been nothing but respectful, efficient and polite. She gets the job done quickly and calmly and my son is fine with his blood tests, due to her manner. She seems very experienced. I appreciate the great, prompt, friendly service and highly recommend. My husband also used this clinic in the past month and was also very happy with the service.

  Place closes at 330. Arrived at 315 with one person in front of me and two staff members working. Was told to come back tomorrow as they couldn't fit me in. Test normally takes 5 min. Left work early and lost money to get tests done.

  If I could give 0 stars I would, the disrespect and rudeness I received from the female with orange hair was beyond appalling. I arrived with a blood test referral from my specialist, one of the tests hand written which she didn’t understand, she told me she wasn’t sure which test it was and that her computer was bringing multiple up (I went to go to another QML only days before and they had no problem understanding it but unfortunately couldn’t get the test done on the day as it was before a long weekend) after she expressed to me that she wasn’t sure which one it was I offered to call my specialists suites, she didn’t object. After calling my specialists suites and letting her know that she had to enquire within QML she snarked at me, eventually after dealing with her rudeness for long enough I decided I’d had enough, asked for my referral back and said i’d go elsewhere. She completely ignored me and after a few minutes said “alright come through” confused I just followed, she puts the band around my arm and tightened it ridiculously, wipes my arm and just shoves the needle in, absolutely no warning what so ever. Never met an individual so rude and unprofessional, do yourself a favour and NEVER visit this pathology, not to mention 2 weeks later and I’ve received an invoice I was never made aware of. Unbelievable.

  I have the WORST veins EVER!!! I was at my wits end having been to another QML 2 times in 5 days, only to be told they couldn't get my blood. I went this morning and explained the situation and the beautiful lady there ( I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) took her time and after 20 minutes FINALLY was successful . I cried tears of happiness, as if she didn't get it I was going to have to go the hospital and try and get it done there under ultrasound.

  Well I've seen other reviews but all I can say is Jaimie was absolutely fantastic. I have problems having blood tests my blood doesn't come easy, Jaimie made me feel completely at ease and was able to complete taking blood efficiently without giving me a bruise or pain. I will definitely use this pathology again.
