  I was disappointed with the bouquets delivered on the day of my wedding. There was much work to be done at the venue and not enough time for Keren to fix my bouquet before the ceremony started. I had to pay and additional $250 to a local florist who did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted using the exact picture I originally gave Keren. Keren should have done a mock up bouquet to ensure we were on the same page instead of going full steam ahead with her own concepts. My brother was on location at the venue made sure Keren delivered on my vision there, which she did.
  
  I asked to be reimbursed for the excess I had to pay, which is incredibly reasonable when I spent nearly $3000 in total with her. She refused. If you use Keren don't just rely on pictures. You need to make sure she does a test run first.
