    My 1st visit to this store. Parking was handy to the store. Plenty if trolleys and trolley wipes and hand sanitiser available. Store was clean, well stocked and all that I required on this trip was available on this visit.

    Great place to shop, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. Pacific Pines is also a great place to live. Easy to get to Brisbane and the NSW border, and anywhere in between. 5 stars

    Good clean place to shop and mostly the staff is friendly. Just a few that prefer to have a chat with their fellow co workers than assist. When you ask for help you get attitude.

    Staff are great however I’m done with being treated like a criminal. I shop for myself , my mother and others . Every time I try and pay for a transaction I have to wait for a staff member to verify as the updated system (spy cameras) see other items in my trolly . At times these are items already purchased other times they are not .
    I’ve decided and I have informed staff that next time I won’t be repeatedly wasting my time waiting for them I will walk out with my groceries unpaid.
    Wake up and stop treating people this way . Pay staff to work registers
